⭕️ Daily Habit: Something new! I know how to be way less distracted from 830-12 and 3-6 every day.
I’ll be livestreaming all of those hours 😳
No social, No internet or device usage except for whatever task I’m on.
There will be plenty of exceptions for scheduled appts, etc. And breaks are ok, but not social or internet or play-on-device breaks. I expect a rocky start, mostly because I need to tweak some apps that currently send notifications at those times, and that might require some automating/scripting.
☄️ WIG: It’s quarterly retreat week! Goal is ~2 days each of getting clear, getting current, getting creative. Planning next quarter!
✅ Sat July 3: I did it!
I was busy dreaming and fasting for 3 days, so I didn’t update this or make a proper one for the following week. But the twitch experiment is working great for me! The pic above is from the first week of July. Which included a personal disaster/setback that I weathered ok. I may have lost a couple weeks of work on my top project ☹️ and more. Oh well 🙂
